Return and Refund Policy
Due to the personal nature of our products, Hey Fixx, LLC does not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or unopened items. All sales are final.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, please contact us at usefixx@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.
